FAQs &
GETTING AROUND NYC
Can I bring a date?
The restaurant we’re getting married in is magical and has limited space, so please refer to your invite regarding plus-ones.

Are kids invited?
Not on the mean streets of New York…

What’s the deal with parking?
There is a parking garage one block away from the wedding venue, but we highly recommend public transit or Uber/Lyft/Taxi/Hitchhiking.

What’s the dress code?
For the wedding, dress "vibrant summer formal." Think color: bright, joyful, celebratory.
Non-white based patterns are welcome (but please no black!). Check out this Pinterest board for more guidance.

I have allergies! Will that be accounted for?
So long as you let us know in advance, the restaurant can accommodate anything.

Where should I stay?
Consult our handy-dandy accommodations page!

What kind of event should I expect?
This will be an intimate and elevated dinner party with fantastic food, drinks and conversation. Please come ready to connect, celebrate and be with one another.

I have another question that’s not on here. Who shall I ask?

Some of you might live here in New York, but for out-of-towners, it can be a lot!

Jack’s Method: Subway
Here are a few ways you can easily get around during the weekend.
Open a maps app and route to your destination via subway. (Hey, New York is pricey and this only costs $3!)When you arrive at your departure station, make sure you’re following signs in your intended direction! (Uptown vs. downtown entrances can be different, for example).

You don’t need to buy a ticket at the kiosks — all turnstiles are equipped with contactless payment! Use Apple Pay or just tap your credit card at the gate.
Get on the train when it arrives and revel in the satisfaction of being a true New Yorker.

Kaley’s Method: Car
Want a one-step, foolproof method of guaranteeing you get where you need to go?
Kaley gets it. When your feet are tired and you’re ready for ease, use Uber or Lyft!

Or, look for a taxi and put one hand in the air.
